Another great recipe, that I have used over and over. Its so simple and quick. I've taken these camping, and my campsite swarmed with people trying to get a taste! They didn't last the first afternoon!!


SKOR BARS Cookies

1 Package of Ritz crackers crushed
1 can sweetened milk
1 pkg. Hershey Chipits Skor toffee bits -225 grams ( mix in ¾ of a pkg. Save ¼ package for the top)
Mix all ingredients together and press into a greased 8x8 baking pan.
Bake at 350 degrees for 12 minutes
Frost with Betty Crocker’s French vanilla icing and top with Skor bits. Chill and serve.
